Produced using a combination of new world and old world brewing techniques. We brewed this beer at One Drop before transporting it down the street to Slow Lane where it was racked to oak barrels to age with Brettanomyces. After 10 months and a whole lot of mango being added, we bottled it and laid it down for a further 5 months bottle
