It features 10 pockets of various sizes, elastic loops in the center for a secure hold, and a large flap that folds inward to keep items from falling out. Additional features include an external zippered compartment for small items, a carrying handle, and a Velcro loop for attaching to the TR LC. The WR LC functions as a standalone tool roll and is compatible with the TR LC.
