No hassle refund
So glad I bought the plan. After 2.5 years of everyday use of my toaster, it quit working. Contacted Asurion, they emailed a shipping label. A few hours after I dropped the package off at UPS, I had the refund in my Amazon account. Very easy, no hassles.

Very bad
This guys are just an eye wash, they do not cover anything but will charge you. I bought Hand Blender and it broke in couple of months and I took 3 year protection from Asurion. When I contacted them about the issue, they said it is not started, go to manufacturer. I reached out to Amazon and they replaced it for me. Now again it broke. I reached out to asurion again. Now they say it is not contract. what is the point of having protection. Waste of time and money. I will not recommend this to anyone. This is a fraud protection.

Great customer service.
I’m really happy with the appliance protection plan I got for my toaster. It was easy to set up, affordable, and gives me peace of mind. The customer service was also friendly and helpful. Definitely worth it!

Asurion complied immediately
I am satisfied because Asurion's response was quick, and they immediately refunded my money, so I can make the purchase again and protect it with Asurion again.
